Student Resources
Project Lead the Way is a nationally recognized biomedical science program. It provides transformative learning experiences by engaging students in hands-on activities, projects, and problems; empowering them to solve real-world challenges and inspiring them to re-imagine how they see themselves. The Skyline High School H&M magnet bases its curriculum off of PLTW.
PowerSchool is an online grade book where students' grades will be located. Students and parents will be given log-in information at the beginning of the year.
Internship & Volunteering Interest
The Health and Medicine magnet provides students with many internship and volunteering opportunities related to the medical field. When opportunities come up, they will be voiced to the students through Schoology. Additionally, Mr. Shannon can find students internships if they are looking.
Health and Medicine Clubs
Skyline has two clubs partnered with the Health and Medicine magnet, HOSA and Skywell.

HOSA is a global student-led organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services and several federal and state agencies. Students will develop essential skills through competitions and chapter activities.
Skywell is a student-led club at Skyline partnered with the H&M magnet. Here students promote a school-wide "culture of wellness" through targeted campaigns and outreach.
